Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are required 24 hours in advance. Cancellations inside that window will be charged 50% of their appointment. Same day cancellations can be charged up to 100% of the appointment. No shows will be charged 100% of the appointment. Fees must be paid before being allowed back on to the books. This policy is in order to protect my scheduling as well as upholding standards for clients who are waitlisted. Thank you for your understanding.
